Neptune Con 2020

IMPORTANT

Well folks, it is with a very heavy heart that I have to announce that NeptuneCon 2020 is cancelled.

After reviewing the federal, state and local guidance the committee has decided that canceling the event is the best choice for the health and safety of the attendees and the communities in which we live. We are sad to do this, but so thankful for all of the support and enthusiasm you have shown for NeptuneCon.

We wanted to communicate to you quickly so we are posting this tonight. In the coming days we will work on options to defer, reschedule or refund. We urge you to contact the hotel immediately to cancel your room reservations. You should have no trouble getting a full refund for your room. The T-shirt order cannot be cancelled, but we commit to get those to you.

As we learn more about our path forward, we will update you here. Thanks again everyone for making NeptuneCon a reality and we will definitely be back!

I would like to take a minute to thank all of the folks behind the scenes that helped organize and plan. Their hard work and passion for this project was amazing! Jake Ditoro, Michele Duncan, Maya Gengenbacher, Shannon Stephens, Lisa Ditoro, Kevin Fowler, Ken Wickle and Doreen Faiello.

Healthy Gaming Everyone,
More info to come soon.
